Baby Bonnie

Name: Baby Bonnie
Breed: Bulldog x Stafford
Sex: Female
Age: 11 Months
Colour: Tan & White
Dog friendly: Yes
Cats: No Experience
Children: 8+

Bonnie is a beautiful 11 month old pup with lots of life and love to offer.
She is looking for a new home due to work and university commitments,  and her old owner is very sad to be parting with her.
Bonnie has been well socialised with other dogs as she has been attending doggy daycare since she was 9 weeks old- she is also very good with children.
Her ideal home would possibly have another dog  as a companion with lots of walks, cuddles & attention.
Bonnie is being homed by Epsom Canine Rescue, if you are interested in adopting her please follow this link : http://www.epsomcaninerescue.co.uk/index.php/dogs-for-homing

Bella

11 years old vaccinated – neutered – microchipped

Blue medium size

dsc01208

Bella is a great character!

She would happily sleep next to you on the sofa all day and would like to join you in bed at night as well!

DSC01103

She is good with children and other dogs she meets. She lives with another dog but would enjoy a home where she was the only dog and had all the attention!

She would benefit from a home where someone was around most of the time with a regular routine which she will make sure you keep to. She can be very vocal.

DSC01069

She enjoys at least one good walk a day, though gets a little stiff in her back legs if she over does it.

We have to pick up all the plastic dog bowls else she takes them into her bed and chews them!

Bella

Bella

She is a lovely dog and would make someone an excellent companion.

BON BON

Name: Bon Bon
Breed: Staffordshire Bull Terrier
Sex: Female
Age: 8 yrs
Colour: Tan & White
Dog friendly: Prefers to live as an only dog
Cats: No
Children: 8+

Foster or forever home urgently needed for poor Bonnie

Can you offer poor Bon Bon a comfy sofa and warm lap to cuddle up on?
This lovely girlie is 8 yrs young and was left at boarding kennels with a request to put to sleep as she was no longer wanted 🙁
Bon Bon is a very affectionate, chatty Stafford and prefers to spend the day snoozing rather than taking part in more active pursuits like walking!!! She is happy to be left for a few hours and is quiet and clean.
She is not keen to interact with other dogs or cats and would need to go as an only pet.
In her youth, Bon Bon had some bladder stones removed but has been tested recently and had a full MOT and is still all clear and this is maintained by her special food which is Royal Canin S/O Urinary diet, provided by ECR.
If you feel you have a place in your heart to help this gorgeous girlie please contact us x
MISSY
Name: Missy
Breed: Staffordshire Bull Terrier
Sex: Female
Age: 10+
Colour: Brindle & White
Dog friendly: Yes, but would prefer to live as an only dog.
Cats: Unknown
Children: 8+

Missy was found abandoned in a park in East London on the 31st August & her future was looking very bleak. No other rescue had offered to help her and she wouldn’t have been able to stay at the vets that had taken her in for much longer. ECR literally gave her a lifeline, as it has done for many a dog over the past 21 years.
She is estimated to be between 10 and 12 years old. She had 5 rotten teeth which were removed during her operation together with some lumps, one the size of a satsuma!  Thankfully she came through the lengthy operation and has recovered remarkably quickly. The biopsy has shown all the lumps were not cancerous and her chest x-ray was clear. She has good kidney function, so, apart from some arthritis in her hips and some age related changes in her eyes, she is in quite good health.

Missy has started on Previcox for her arthritis ( which works out about 20p per day), and the rescue will continue to pay for this medication once she moves to her new home.

She is running (literally) around, her fur is growing back already and she is acting more like a 7 year old and is living life to the full.

Missy is a very affectionate girl and likes nothing more than jumping up and curling up next to you on the sofa with her head on your lap for cuddles so much so that she will nudge you with her muzzle to explain you must carry on stroking! She LOVES balls and will drop it at your feet for you to throw it for her ( and will tell you to throw it). She is also very skilled at catching a ball in mid-air! She would play all day if she could, interspersed with some snoozing and cuddles.

Missy walks fabulously on the lead, and really looks forward to her walks. She loves exploring in parks/heaths and meeting new people and dogs when out and about. She travels very well in the car, is great at the vets and is non-destructive around the house. When left she doesn’t bark/whine but just plays with her toys and sleeps. She is a great  companion and everybody who meets her falls in love with her.

Missy would ideally suit a home where someone works from home or part-time as she loves company so much, but she would prefer to be the only dog inthe house.   She loves children so could live in a home with older children. Missy has a real zest for life and will bring much happiness to her forever home. She brings true meaning to the phrase ‘age is just a number.
